Do you offer free shipping?

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and military APO/FPO addresses. For more information please see our Free Shipping Information Page

When will my order ship?

We ship orders Monday to Friday excluding holidays. We generally ship orders in 1-2 business days. If for some reason your order will take longer than 3 business days to ship we will contact you.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary from region to region and by shipping method chosen. All orders will ship from Lynden Washington.

What countries does Redline K-9 ship to?

Redline K9  is currently able to ship to The United States and most international destinations.

For Canadian shipping please visit Redline K9 Canada.

If we do not ship to your region please check one of our authorized Redline K-9 dealers.

We are unable to ship to Australia. Please visit our authorized Australian dealer K9 Pro.

What carrier(s) do you ship with?

We currently ship with FedEx®, USPS® and UPS®.

Is my shipment insured?

All packages are insured through their respective carriers.

Does Redline K-9 ship to millitary addresses?

Yes we can ship packages to APO millitary addresses but we may need to use an alternative carrier. If we have to use an alternative carrier, your package may be delayed.

Does Redline K-9 ship to freight forwarders?

Yes we can ship packages to freight forwarders. Please note that our responsibility for a package ends when the package is delivered to the freight forwarder.

How much tax will I be charged?

All applicable taxes will be charged based on the country or region that the order is being shipped to.

How much duty will I be charged?

USA orders will ship from within the United States and should not incur any duties.

European Union orders may incur additional duties. Please consult The European Commission for further details.

Other international destinations may incur duties or other import fees.  Please check with your local customs for more information.

Any duties owing will be your sole responsibility and Redline K9 can not offer you any assistance in paying or processing any customs or duty fees.
