Returns & Exchanges
- Items purchased on this website may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Redline K-9 items purchased anywhere else must be returned to their original place of purchase
- We are unable to faciliate product exchanges at this time. If wish to exchange a product please return the product for a refund and place a separate order for the replacement item.
- Items must be in as new condition and returned with all of their original packaging and/or tags.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method. You will be refunded the full purchase price of your item less any shipping costs. Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are processed as soon as possible but may take between 3-5 business days once received at our warehouse.
- Please include a copy of the original packing slip included with your order. If you have lost this packing slip, please write your name, phone number and order number on a piece of paper and include it with your return merchandise.
- You are responsible for any return and exchange shipping costs. We recommend purchasing tracking to ensure items arrive at our facility safely. Please return your items to us at one of the addresses listed below.
